ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By placing an order through our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. They apply to all online orders.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: We make every effort to accurately depict our products on our website. However, slight differences may occur in the final product due to its handmade nature.

ORDERING: All orders should be placed online via our website. Full payment is due at the time of placing the order.

PRICING: Prices are as displayed on our website but are subject to change without any prior notice.

PAYMENT: We accept the majority of major credit and debit cards. Full payment is processed at the time of order placement.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for order cancellations. A full refund will be provided if a cancellation is made within this period. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice.

ALLERGY INFORMATION: Our cakes contain gluten, milk, soya, and eggs. Our products are prepared in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, and gluten are present. Hence, we cannot guarantee they are completely free from traces of these allergens. Additionally, our sprinkles can contain fish gelatine, bovine gelatine & agar. 

CUSTOM IMAGES AND TEXT: We reserve the right to refuse the printing of any images or text that we judge to be inappropriate. This decision is solely at our discretion.

COLLECTION: We operate on a collection-only basis. You are responsible for collecting your order on the agreed-upon pick up date and time. We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs once the cake has been collected.

COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you need to file a complaint, please notify us within 24 hours of collection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Dougies Goodies will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our products, exceeding the cost of the cake itself.
